Good morning Clouds Passing and the rest of my DU family,

On those mornings where anxiety and uncertainty seem the order of the day, please let our foundation be our strength.
All we've lived to this day prepares us for it so please, as we ready ourselves to face that extra challenge or obstacle today, let us be still, be brave, and trust that we're in the right place, at the right time.

Before my quadruple bypass…these words kept me anchored.

Yesterday

I prayed for Clouds Passing this morning. For a successful surgery and fast recovery. That’s my practice. May he be safe and comforted.
