Why did you wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants in the middle of summer? You're going to give yourself a stroke!

i took off the sweat shier. a few hours ago. and nice and comfertable with just a tee and sweat pants a nice stiff breeze is coming through the window. my body definatly will let me know when its too hot , like eww take it off as in shaking and heart cranky, so i doo listen this coming week ill be back into my shorts and tees again.

The heat index was 103 in New Orleans today. It probably wasn't quite that hot here, but it's around 100. The only thing that really helps is the storms. Not the big storms, but the little ones we get in the afternoons. It won't start cooling down until September, and not by much. I can understand why you wore those clothes if you're getting some cool weather. Enjoy your variable weather!

We call July "July Fry" because it's usually hot (for us) along the coast. Normal July temperatures in around 76 or slightly higher but it's been in the low 70s for most of the month. Combine that temperature with an ocean breeze and slightly higher humidity and we're very comfortable. Once you get five miles east of the coast the temperatures rise by about 10 degrees. Come August it will get into the low 80 around the coast.

This year, I bought a small mister-fan for July and August but so far I haven't had to use it.
