We're in the Outer Banks and our favorite fish market, Outland Seafood in Mann's Harbor, had a fresh delivery of farm-grown oysters which are okay to eat even in months that don't have an "R." Like your photo, we prefer them raw. The only thing missing from your photo is some fresh bread.

I'm looking forward to dinner...
