Lake Huron rolls, Superior sings
In the rooms of her ice-water mansion
Old Michigan steams like a young man's dreams
The islands and bays are for sportsmen
And farther below Lake Ontario
Takes in what Lake Erie can send her
And the iron boats go as the mariners all know

Though I liked it better when it was sand bottom. The city put in stone to stop erosion I guess.

We went swimming in it today. Might go again tomorrow if the smoke situation is decent (air quality has been extremely difficult all summer long).

Lake Superior is the largest, coldest, and deepest (the average depth is 482 feet) of the five Great Lakes.
