Ugh!
Some of them are so bad. The kid doesn't even look like he/she belongs in the scene.
There's another with a woman that supposedly gave birth to multiples, I think it was 10, but it was so bad, one baby was behind her on the hospital bed. People were commenting as if it was real about what a blessing it is to have all those babies. Very few people wondered why one baby was peeking out from behind her on the bed.

At some point Youtube needs to add an option to block AI videos.
