China now building tiny affordable homes to be sold at Walmart!

I want one!

From Grok:

These expandable prefab homes from China, available on Walmart, start at $13,999 for a 15x20ft model (380 sq ft) with bedroom, kitchen, and bath. Larger or luxury versions go up to $40,000. Free shipping; appliances separate. Verify local building codes.

But it beats having favelas, shantytowns or Hoovervilles to meet the US demand for housing. Particularly if TFG sinks the economy, and/or AI kills too many jobs.

they know that Americans won’t Be able to afford rent or mortgages when TACO crashes the economy,

Solution- Since there are no building regulations or codes because TACO closed everything except for ICE !

China will sell these to factories, farms , and investors to “ House” the NOW broke / homeless Americans to work for Room and Board. Slavery is looking at all of us.

Might see a lot of fast developments, like tiny home Levittowns, to house more people when homelessness skyrockets.

That might be something someone who want to live off-the-grid could use. They could hook it up to a small septic tank, install solar panels, and use rain barrels with a UV filtration system for water.
