They never seem to get to those when you watch the on-line videos.
Has anyone here tried this and was successful at losing the weight they say you can?

(8,847 posts)And one says the water has to be filtered, and another says the water has to be warm. And the quantities of everything but the water are tiny (in the neighborhood of 1/8 teaspoon.) So I wouldn't worry about overdosing on sodium. But I also wouldn't expect it to work.
If you really want to try anyway, you can find some recipes with a search engine. I have found one or two, but not tried any of them.

(74,070 posts)Pink salt is salt. End of story.
There are trace elements like manganese & magnesium (both less than 1ppm) that can impart the pink color.
There is WAY under 1% of lithium chloride & potassium chloride, which are both still common salts.
I find it impossible to believe that salt is a diet, especially since the color is imparted by levels too low to have any nutritional impact.
BTW: pink salt lack any iodide, so it's actually less healthy than common ionized table salt.
The recipes I've seen is just salt water with lemon juice & and optional sweetener.
Just silly.
