Well one less thing to worry about.

We have been in Munich for 10 years. We have decided to apply for German citizenship now that we don't have to drop our US citizenship. A couple of months ago we scheduled the German Citizenship test, die Einburhgerprufung. What fun. You know they only have it in German?? What is with that? Can you imagine.
The German is Hochdeutsch. There are 300 questions they can choose from plus 30 from the state you live in, Bayern for us.

We got the certificates today. My wife aced it and I got 26, 9 more than need to pass.

I was sweating the results. One fall back was to pick the longest answer... Now we submit the applications and wait up to 2 more years.

Fun times.
