(4,828 posts)After the first push after loosing, spouses are at increased risk for the first year after being widowed, especially as a man. Most of the risk is the first six months. And be thankful she didn't have to loose you, but please take your time and take care. Glad to hear from you, first time I ever hit the suscribe button on here.
