You just sub beer for the water in your quick mix. If your quick mix (Bisquick or whatever you use) calls for 1 cup of water, you use 1 cup of beer. 2 cups of water... 2 cups of beer. Any beer works.

Nice, tall glass of red beer. That’s roughly 1/3 tomato juice & the rest beer. Imagine that taste right after a fluffy forkful of sweetness.
