If you didn't have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time? I would work on my jewelry. How about you.?

It is one area where I refrain from the googly eyes because when you stack enough of googly-eyed bills, they get thick really fast!

I'm patiently waiting for hopeful news that it's fixable and even more hopeful that my pictures aren't wiped out.

All of my Halloween pictures are saved on Imgur but I don't know if my personal pictures are saved or will be saved. I'm also worried about the cost of the hopeful repair as well.

I'm a little nervous with some anxiety thrown in. I've been without my PC for roughly 5 to 6 weeks already.

I've had to go a few weeks without my laptop when it went in for repair (fortunately, under warranty), but they don't offer you a "loaner" like some vehicle repair shops do. When it's still under warranty, they should!

Hope your machine comes back to you affordably, and all fixed up!

I'm actually getting a micro loaner today so maybe I can start the Halloween countdown here soon.

This micro is small, it fits in the palm of my hand.

I still want my regular rig though.

Thank you, True.

I would play the banjo and go for bike rides. I guess my work is flexible enough that I could enjoy daylight and do work at night.

For instance, rearrange my closets so they look like they were organized by “Closets By Design”. This begs the question: why don’t you just hire “Closets By Design”? Welllll, then I would have nothing to grouse about, which I thoroughly enjoy. Complaining can be fun. 😂

But as soon as greedy corporations discover we don’t need to sleep they’ll have you working those hours and fire more people now they can demand you work nearly 24 hours a day.

Maybe keep the not needing sleep thing a secret for now…😽

I have a story idea for an apocalyptic novel that doesn't involve zombies or the usual genre. It's about a small group of people from a city trying to survive by farming, how they create a new society, and the problems they encounter.

I've developed a number of stories about the individuals involved and how they interact with each other as well as their conflicts. I might someday start putting it down on paper (computer) and it would most likely be a trilogy.

But as a Jilly_in_VA said...
It's nice when you're feeling sleepy to crawl under *comfy covers* and go to sleep.

Now, if I had a lot of money, in addition to the above activities- I'd learn to play the violin! 🙂🥰
I had the viola in 6th grade class, but I wanted the violin!
