Sunday

Last evening I saw the moon was so beautiful and bright.
So I took a walk to a near by pond and the moon was shining on the pond as I was facing east.
Then I turned and walked around the other side of the pond. The sun was setting
and the sun was shining on the pond that way.

First time in my life I saw such an event.
Facing east it was night with a dark sky and shining moon on the water.
Facing west it was lighter with the setting sun shining on the pond.

Ohio State was just getting ready to play.
Life is good.

To see the full super moon over the pond with the setting sun.

Thanks for the head's up on the timing.

No, not the part about the pond and moon, the part about tO$U. My Penn State is going to get drubbed at The Shoe pretty soon, Boo Hoo.

Just remember though, wrestling practice starts this week and I have tickets for nationals in Cleveland in March.

And everybody loves the part where I just mention college football.

Ok I admit the part about Ohio State is the best part.

Well I am not going to jinx it, but we would love to beat Penn State.
For various reasons. But OSU has lost games it should have won.

The Ohio state part.

Got my binoculars out last night. This is really something to be amazed about IMO.

And there it was. I'm going out of town tomorrow and my camera battery was charging. So I grabbed my phone. Not the best, but I did catch a bonus of geese flying home for the night.

🤔 Was it 12X optical, and ?30X something digital...
Well, something like that! 😄

Anyway... I was able to even w the 12X optical; able to see the craters, and their shadows clearly enough. So exciting!
