The YouTube channel is "Ocean Conservation Namibia".
They have a crew that does this every day.
I always give them a thumbs up, and have donated to them too.
These people are angels for our sea animals.

Copied from Ocean Conservation Namibia's video for their fundraiser, stripped of attribution and the fundraising information, and posted on Elon Musk's platform. Win-win-win, I guess.
