We’ve had Covid once in Nov 2023. Don’t want it again.

For more than two years we stayed healthy. Of course, the first year was during the shut down.

Then in early 2023, we were in St. Augustine, FL. I went to the local post office and by the time we had dinner, I knew I’d been exposed. My wife caught it from me, of course, and we got some steroid shots from a doctor. My wife was sick for one day and I had a nasty head cold for a couple of days. From then on, we were fine. As we were living on a sailboat, we were naturally quarantined. By the end of the week we were clear.

Nothing since and we plan to try to keep it that way.

It’s a nasty disease. Stay healthy!

The doctor told us it had not been approved quite yet so out of caution, she gave us steroids

Our bout was minimal probably because we had had so many boosters.

We got our 22th yesterday at CVS so far no side effects except a little lack of energy.
