Most folks wouldn't call it singing, though. Dogs two counties removed would begin to howl.

I've done this one a few times... it's obscure, but I like it. It wasn't official karaoke, but at parties where I had the cassette and popped it in the player and I sang it.

Give it a listen. It's not upbeat, but it's beautiful.

Every time I sing, I have representatives from major record labels showing up at my door. It's rather annoying.

(Tho' my voice isn't anywhere NEAR as good as Chris Cornell's was.) My favorite line is, "Hang my head, drown my fear, 'til you all just disappear." LOL

I belong in this group of bad singers.

But, I don't know that I could do all the vocal trucks anymore.

Some of the songs were "Killing Me Softly" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas." Also "War Pigs" and "Paint It Black." Although I was not the singer with the mic I did sing along with the last two.

Either that or something by the Doors. Their songs are generally in my vocal range.

Used to play it on the guitar, but its been a while.

Simple, straightforward, and short.
Perfect for me, I can carry a tune, but I don't have a particularly pleasing voice.
