At first I thought my dementia had just gotten worse and I was hearing things, but after a Google search I found out it is a new thing. Rather than a rude buzz, it gently and nicely lets you know your laundry is now done.
Did ya'll know that?

(3,300 posts)For finish signal can play Bach, Beethoven or Verdi but no Mozart. On dryer and washer selectable. New set bought this winter to replace disliked Samsung set.

The washer does too, but it's a different tone.
We just got our new pair this past late summer. A new fearure?
