Hmmmm good😀

I'm in assisted living so we get our mesls; but we also have a kitchen where we can book cooking time. Which I've yet to do. Maybe bc I'm very out of practice. I used to cook. I think I know what I'd start with - a cold lentil salad my mom found decades back.
The jerk chicken+ soup would be too much for me but I screen grabbed the fudge. I don't know if people can bake, but I'll ask in case I feel up to it. 🙂

We actually get jerk chicken as a choice! While not as hot (I don't eat any thing past mabe a jalapeño - I've seen the Scoville chart it's lowish) as the partly Caribbean-Amercan neighborhood I once lived in; it does have a bit of a heat zing(!) to it. I do enjoy it. It's up this week, too.
