Looks like a "chintz candy dish". I put that into google with this search plus the word "images".

A quick scan and I didn't see that exact dish, however with it there in front of you, you might find the exact same pattern and have something to go on from that.

I think it is a relish dish rather than a candy dish. I just the mark. Not enough ink remaining to read it, really.
