Thank you for looking and for any helpful critiques because I always hope to learn and get better.

I went through a bout of depression recently but I’m feeling better and okay now.

I was thinking I might want to specialize in animal/pet portraits as they feel very satisfying to me to do.

Photographic. I thought it was a snapshot at first. Then I saw the image in the link. You have a gift, you capture the heart and spirit of the cat in your painting. Keep on with your art. Pet portrait painter, sounds like a great idea.

determine from the size of picture. Maybe a little too low. Your coloring is super.

Great to help showcase your work,pick a monthly subject,medium and we can all vote on our favorites.Maybe even have an auction for a cause,they do something similar on photography group.
