A great new Tiki Lounge tonight with an homage buffet to Ole' Frijole! The feature opera will be a 1971 recording of Wagner's Lohengrin starring James King in the title role.
Tiki Lounge at 5pm and At the Opera at 7pm.
Rebroadcasts of the Tiki Lounge on Sundays and Friday at 8am and 5pm and At the Opera replays at 10am and 7pm on Sundays and Fridays with a Saturday morning rebroadcast staring at 8am.

Arthur Fiedler was rather fond of the overture to act 3. The Boston Pops concerts were fun, a potpourri of music. I got a 10 record set of Pops music at the thrift store, and of course, that overture is on it as one of his favorites.
