"Dirty Robber" by The Wailers. (1959)
The Wailers hailed from the Pacific NW and were considered perhaps the first American garage band.
Founded as The Nitecaps by five high school friends they found a sax driven rock & roll groove and actually charted with "Tall Cool One". They even appeared on Dick Clark's American Bandstand.
