Related: About this forumLet me know what you think of this track I produced...
...for my friend Keith Jones. It's called "Ways of Spirit" and I did practically everything on it except for the singing and mastering.
After we did this track, I moved away for a while and Keith completed 9 other tracks with bassist/producer Fully Fullwood. These 10 songs are on Keith's debut album "It's about time..."
If you like this song, you can check out the rest of the album on Keith's website: https://keithjonesmusic.net/music

(2,431 posts)...that just because one uses modern tools associated with electronic music -- in this case Propellerhed Reason and Ableton Live -- does not mean one has to sound like the dreck lots of folks tend to associate with electronic music these days.
Sheesh, even the much-maligned Autotune (not used here) can be used for artistic effect.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
