(3,968 posts)Yes, I did! Thanks, Peggy. The guitars are splendid! I especially admire the reflection in the third picture. The berries and pastries are delicious and maybe even fattening to see. You captured the delicate grace of the cherry (?) blossoms so perfectly, and all the other flowers are a welcome burst of color to this snow bound Mainer. Thanks again!

(153,137 posts)I am so glad to give you something you need.
I like that reflection too. I don't think you can gain weight just by looking! If we can, we're doomed!
Not sure what the blossoms are; they could well be cherry. I just knew I had to get some photos!

(5,836 posts)I like the addition of the guitars. The pastries look scrumtrulescent, as always.

(153,137 posts)The guitars belong to Russell, the resident guitarist. 2 weeks ago, I took his photo for my market thread on that day.
Ah, the pastries are to die for!
Glad you enjoyed.

(95,927 posts)Pastry and fruit! Great pictures!
Nice resonator too, the instrument.
Different fare these days.

(153,137 posts)I always have fun getting these photos. And it's doubled when you like them too.

(1,866 posts)I feel better now. Keep getting slimed by the news these days (though consuming far, far less), and your pictures were uplifting and refreshing. It also is cheering me as I sit here looking out the window at the bright blue sky that usually accompanies 30 below windchills in MN. Counting the days until springtime.
Thanks for sharing!

(153,137 posts)I cannot imagine a 30 degree wind chill!
Spring keeps teasing us a lot with fair weather, flowers starting to bloom.
Hang on, it's going to be here soon!

(36,218 posts)I would have never expected to see a guitar!
. Great shots!
All are beautiful
. I especially like the one of the pink blossoms on the stems in the white container. Very nice crop on that one.
You always manage to find something different each week! Love seeing your photos of the market!

(153,137 posts)Well, since the guitarist Russell comes two times monthly to this market, I thought it appropriate to show his guitars! The bright shiny one is new.
And you know I'm always looking for something new or different or more beautiful than before. Today I struck gold!
As soon as I spotted the flowering stems, I knew I had to capture them. They really turned out.
Your praise is very gratifying to me and I sincerely thank you for it.
