Related: About this forumSpringtime Sonoran desert evening
My wife and I camped here last week, when the ocotillos were at their peak (such as it is, lol), but I had some medical issues and didn't even take my camera out of the truck. We went back yesterday in time for sundown. No clouds anywhere, but I did get a few nice images of the desert evening that we love so much. The ocotillos were dropping their leaves already but you can still see a few tiny red blossoms out there if you look closely.

(36,787 posts)The evenings are so soft and pleasant, cool but not cold, caressed by the breeze. We are so fortunate to be here to enjoy it!
