I guess you could say I'm up and about while riding in a wheelchair with my escort pushing me! I'm fairly feeble still but my spirit is intact!

Going out today, even though with human help plus riding in a wheelchair, has made me realize that so much of my healing is simply up to me.

I was quite tired when I got home and needed a nap after lunch; I got that nap and now I'm much stronger. We think things will happen to us; today I realized that things happen when we make them happen. It's a good lesson for me.

injury/insult, so please be patient with yourself. We are all here for you and your family, so just remember to pull whatever you all need.

A lot of these were taken when I was too close and so were a bit blurry! I liked them anyway.

I will do better as the weeks go on.

How am I? Good question!

Deep inside, I recognize myself. But there are parts that aren't working as they should and it troubles me a bit. I just keep working on my well-being and hope that I'll get there! (I'm pretty sure I will!)
