I have just ep 10 left to get me up to speed in preparation for season three.

Of all the new Star Trek shows, this is probably the best one I've seen. Considering the absolute dreck that's been produced (Picard and Discovery, I'm looking at you), that's a damn low bar. Still, SNW does hew closest to the older Star Trek of the '80s and '90s. The "good old days" as it were. So, while not the biggest fan of musicals, I found it tolerable. And, some of the cast had pretty good singing voices.
