As a 🔌 cord cutter ✂️ I watch the over-the-air channels.
One of those is the Story channel which seems to serve as sort of an Outlet Mall for old History Channel shows
Modern Marvels ©️1994-2004 gets a lot of play on Story..
Not sure if any new episodes were made beyond that but it's informative even though it's outdated.
BlackBerry is touted for its state of the art technology 📟
Tesla the car company was featured in one episode. Of course being from 2004 this was before Elon Musk weaseled his way into the company.
So this story about an Electric ⚡ Car Company startup named Tesla -- with no mention of Elon Musk at all was refreshing.

(1,985 posts)That episode of Modern Marvels featuring Tesla came to mind when Trump officials testified in front of Congress this week.
It highlights again what a scam artist that scumbag Elon Musk pulled with his Tesla con job.
Elon Musk helped install this administration that panders to the Fossil Fuel industry while pushing back on Renewable Energy.
So much so that Trump's boy Doug Burgum got a spot in the AI Reflecting Pool..
During a Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee hearing on April 29, 2026, Sen. Angus King (I-ME) challenged Interior Secretary Doug Burgum on energy policy. King pushed back on pro-fossil fuel arguments, emphasizing the role & cost advantages of renewables.
