Judge Kimberly Bibb Announces Re-Election Bid for Second Judicial District Seat
PARAGOULD, Ark. Judge Kimberly Boing Bibb announced today she would run for a second term as Circuit Judge, Division 8 for the 2nd Judicial District where she serves as General Jurisdiction and Juvenile Judge. I have enjoyed serving as Circuit Judge and have worked hard to provide good legal reasoning for my decisions. I have recently been reappointed to the Arkansas Supreme Court Commission on Children, Youth and Families. I feel being on the Commission has increased my knowledge and insight into these issues. I hope the people of the district will allow me to serve another term.

Prior to taking the bench, she was a Child Welfare Law Specialist and received a certification from the National Specialist Certification by the National Association of Counsel for Children. Her professional memberships include the Arkansas Judicial Council, Arkansas Bar Association, and the Greene County Bar Association.
Judge Bibb and her husband, John, live in Paragould with their daughter, Bronwyn. They are members of All Saints Episcopal Church.
