Circuit Judge Mooney announces re-election bid
ONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) -Second Judicial Circuit Court Judge Charles “Skip” Mooney, Jr. announced Monday he will seek re-election.
“It has been a privilege for me to serve as circuit judge, and I have been committed to providing fairness and justice for those that have appeared in my court,” Mooney said.
According to the news release, he has presided over thousands of cases and has never been reversed by the appellant court.
Prior to taking the bench, Mooney spent 38 years representing families and businesses and received numerous public service awards.
