San Francisco -some parts of it is blacked out right now there's a power outage

I called PG&E and they don’t have a clue as yet to what the problem is, but they said it’s a wide swath of houses that are out of power. I have no power at all. I went and looked outside and it’s very creepy because all the houses are dark and black and there’s no signs of any life at all.
