LA County opens vote centers this weekend for special election

Los Angeles' 111 vote centers will open Saturday ahead of the Nov. 4 special election, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's Office said.

Vote centers will open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. through election day, allowing people to vote in person, register to vote and return their mail-in ballots.

See here for the list of vote centers.

The Nov. 4 statement special election will determine whether the California government can temporarily bypass the California Citizens Redistricting Commission and use the newly drawn congressional district maps, in time for the 2026 midterm elections.
