Tonight, the Westminster City Council is voting on two items relating to Charlie Kirk.

First, Mayor Chi Charlie Nguyen, who is running for Congress against Derek Tran, is proposing to ceremonially rename the street next to City Hall as “Charlie Kirk Way.” Six new signs would be put up and cost the city $3,000 to do.

Then, Councilmember Amy Phan West, another controversial figure, wants to recognize October 14, his birthday, as Charlie Kirk Day every year.
