I shudder to think what would've happened if there wasn't a video of the incident. Police called? Tenant shot? Landlady given a cabinet position by this administration?

An exaggeration? Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows anymore? I'm just glad it was on the news so people could see her make a fool of herself. And I hope nobody ever rents from her again.

The $110.00 per month that she might be getting if people hadn’t paid by 12:15 PM of the first day of the month, the late charge. Interesting people want to know, that is potentially a lot of money based on the number of tenants.

but don't expect the Aurora Police to charge the land lord for the crime committed........The Aurora City Council is paying out many Tens Of Millions of Dollars in the past few years for police brutality claims by their PD on Black citizens. In one case, the Aurora PD and Aurora Paramedics literally EUTHANIZED a young black kid for just walking down the street one night. There were two cops and paramedics charged with second degree murder or manslaughter???? The ones involved who were given jail sentences are trying to get their sentences "withdrawn" along with all charges or their cases dismissed on appeal......
Aurora PD has had 5??? chiefs resign in the past 4??? years.........wonder why??????

as a way to give to the community. I don't mean to imply that the murder would have been less awful without thosee factors - it would have been equally awful regardless who the young man was. But that struck me at the time, and strikes me now.

A racist cop and his female partner had a 78 year old, small, frail woman, with serious dementia, didn't even know where she was.
The male cop arrested her for some trivial BS matter, twisted her arm behind her back so hard it dislocated her shoulder, and broke her humerus. You could hear it on his chest camera. They both handled her roughly, took her to a station, pushed her into a cell, and left her there for hours before getting her medical help. The male cop actually went to jail for 5years, and the female got fired as did the shift officer back at jail. There was another one just before that one, and numerous others.
Loveland is another town with cops having a history of this kind of shit.

But then, so does Boulder..... (yes, Boulder Police).... when it comes to racist cops doing shit with blacks and students.
I think there are video's on you Tube of the Loveland Cops and some Boulder Racist Cops with assault on Blacks.
(Of course everyone knows how pathetic theBoulder Cops performed the initial Jon Benet Ramsey investigation, or they would have had a probably arrest and conviction) From the first moment they responded to the scene, the Boulder Cops/Detectives, violated every known rule for crime scene preservations and investigation, continuously, all day long........

There are a number you tube video's of a number of different Aurora and Denver cops going after blacks in particular.
One would think, that as the Tens of Millions of Dollars in settlements for the Police Brutality/Racism are paid out in both Aurora, and Denver, that the City Councils/Mayors would come down heavy on their Police Chiefs, but they are probably just like the sick sadistic racist cops......

I have run into a few good cops on Denver Police, but there are a lot of Racist, and sadistic ones on the force also.....

Reminds me of the Susan Smith case of a few years back...of a far more serious crime though. She drowned her kids in her and accused a Black man of having hijack the car.

What she's doing has got to be illegal. A late fee on the day the rent is due if it's after 12:15? Changing locks on the day the rent is due with absolutely no notice? Tenants have rights, too.
