Absentee ballots are available in Connecticut for Nov. 4 election

HARTFORD, Conn. — Absentee ballots are now available for eligible Connecticut voters who would like to participate in the Nov. 4 municipal election.

The Office of the Secretary of the State made the announcement in a release on Friday. Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas emphasized the importance of casting a ballot.

“Your vote helps shape the quality of your schools, the services your family relies on and the future of your community,” Thomas said.

She added that local elections have a direct impact on residents’ daily lives, so every vote is meaningful.
