US Park Police now doing traffic stops in DC, and charged at me with a baton for filming closer than they liked
Officers are around a man in a moped, with an unmarked car in front and a marked US Park Police car behind. One of the officers suddenly steps forward quickly towards the camera and extends his baton. The camera moves back.

Slight correction: The US Parks Department was involved in the traffic stop but it's possible the guy that wielded his baton is from different agency. He got into the unmarked car in front after the traffic stop.
