For the 30th year, a holiday boat parade kicks off at the Wharf.

Head to Wharf on Saturday to enjoy the festivities from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

For the 30th year, more than 60 of the DMV's boaters will show up -- and show out -- for the District's Holiday Boat Parade.

This annual event at the Wharf will feature ornament decorating, visits with Santa, ice skating, face-painting, beer sampling and of course, a parade of beautifully decorated boats. After the parade, catch a fireworks show and live music on the District Pier Stage.
