Police said the victim was in Spain for two weeks in July and was aware that his neighbor had a spare key for emergency use only, but told police that nobody had permission to enter into the residence otherwise.
After returning, police said the victim noticed the watch missing despite there being no signs of forced entry, and several weeks later, deputies informed the victim that his watch had been pawned.
An investigation revealed that Hudak is who pawned the watch, using his own Florida ID.
On Thursday, Hudak turned himself in at Miami Police Headquarters and was charged with felony counts of grand theft and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, jail records show.
