Election Day Polling Location to Change in 2026

he DeKalb County Election Commission has announced a change in an election day polling location beginning with the 2026 election cycle.

In a prepared statement, Administration of Elections Dustin Estes said “In an effort to support the newly implemented security measures at the DeKalb County Courthouse, the DeKalb County Election Commission voted in open meeting to change the election day polling location for Precinct 4-3 which was previously located at the DeKalb County Courthouse to a new location at SmithvilleAG located at 1650 Cookeville Hwy, Smithville, TN 37166”.

“Impacted voters should expect new wallet cards with updated precinct location details to be mailed within the next 2-4 weeks,” he said

Administrator Estes said the SmithvilleAG location will better serve the voters of Precinct 4-3 as it is more centrally located, and parking is much more accessible.
