107 new cases reported today 11/19...about average for the past 3 weeks

no big trend but some isolated community clusters popping up in localized areas. Mask use is very high here maybe 80% or better in public

Plus, too many people wear a mask wrong, as in below the nose, or have one that is ineffective, such as just tying a bandanna or some such which is open at the bottom.

Which is why when I see a claim that someone always wore a mask and still got Covid, I sincerely doubt the always and will question exactly what kind of mask was worn and how it was worn.

and bars are the most obvious spots for exposure. Canʻt eat and drink with a mask on. Also family parties, where everyone lets their guard down.
