Blaine County election draws 11 candidates
Eleven candidates have filed to run for six Blaine County seats in the 2026 election. Some races are uncontested, some will be decided in the primary election and some will be decided in the November election.
The primary election is set for Tuesday, May 19.
“The goal of a primary is to narrow down the list of candidates,” said Blaine County Elections Supervisor Hayleigh Simpson.
The deadline for write-in candidates is Friday, March 20, at 5 p.m.
