Amazingly (to me, at least) Roskam (IL-6) voted yea. I'd have put big money on the opposite vote from that particular individual.

he has a tea bagger who is going to challenge him in the upcoming election
the state democratic party decided not to support anyone to run against him and i doubt they will this next election.

but then again he already said he wasn't running again.
