I think there are "freelancers." I understand ICE workers get quite a sum if they bring someone in. Bet the freelancers and real ICE split the fee.

Or maybe the one guy was ICE and had his brother along to help out and "split the fee."

What a struggle that man went through. Absolutely should not happen to anyone. He was a fighter, though! And the people on the street were encouraging and helpful, at least many of them were.

It looked like maybe someone could have tried to take off the goon’s shoes while he’s on his knees trying to handcuff or maybe take their hat off or masks or anything to aggravate them. Something! These neighbors have the right idea..encircling them and jabbing them so they can’t handcuff was brilliant..I’m talking stuff like what they did.

It looked silvery - handcuffs? LOL

Then when the goons took off in their car, they pulled a swift right turn without signaling at all - a pile-up at that intersection would have been a choice ending.
