Sedgwick County sees light early voter turnout ahead of General Election

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Election Day nears on Tuesday, November 4, with issues on the ballot ranging from Wichita City Council races to school board and school bonds.

Larger bond proposals, like Hutchinson's $109 million school bond, are outside of Sedgwick County but still a topic of conversation alongside the $45 million bond proposal Mulvane voters have on their ballots.

In Wichita, major races include those for the school board and city council.

"It's really important that you help choose who is going to lead our county in the next four years," said Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Laura Rainwater.
