Adam Schwarze wins Republican Senate endorsement

Michele Tafoya has vowed to continue to the primary in August.
The competitive endorsement fight has shown the GOP divide between pragmatic candidates focused on electability, as Tafoya’s pitch has been, or more combative conservatives aligned with President Donald Trump.
I checked out his Facebook page when he first announced he was running. It didn't take long for him to block me as I kept asking questions he didn't like. And to be clear, I was polite when I did so, no obscenities, no name calling - though it was tempting. He really struck me as a jerk.
I knew his mother in high school, we lost contact not long after but reconnected through Facebook. I see her account is still open but she hasn't been active for quite some time. I can't quite figure out how her son turned out like this.
