What is the scoop on Minneapolis City Questions?

Redistricting of Wards and Park Districts and Special Municipal Elections?

I read the article, but my question is will this result in gerrymandering by rethugs?

But I don't think pro-GOP gerrymandering will be a problem in Minneapolis, or that those questions will make a huge difference in city elections generally.
