I heard Stephen Webber speak tonight at a reception put on by Jackson County Democratic Committee

Stephen is the new, full-time chair of the Missouri Democratic Party. He is a former Democratic state rep for the 46th district.

He's a young, dynamic leader for the party. I wish I had taken notes; but, Stephen did outline the challenges for the party and an aggressive agenda for recapturing the MO Governor's mansion in 2020.

You can follow him on his Facebook page.
