See who's running for Sparks City Council Ward 4 seat
ncumbent Charlene Bybee, first elected to Sparks City Council's Ward 4 in 2014, is now term-limited from seeking reelection. She is running for Sparks mayor while four challengers compete for her seat.
Ward 4 covers northeast Sparks from Los Altos Parkway up to Red Hawk Golf Course and Resort.
The challengers are Damon Harrell, Adam Mayberry, Sean McCaffrey and Tracey Thomas.
If a candidate gets more than 50% of the vote, they automatically are declared elected. Otherwise, the top two vote-getters in this nonpartisan race will appear on the November ballot.
