NJ - October 31, 2025 Deadline for 2024 Anchor Benefit

Applicants who did not receive a letter may submit an Application for Property Tax Relief on their own by October 31, 2025.
Was at a Borough event on Saturday and had multiple discussions with Residents who were super thankful for receiving the money. Prices are rising and there is no end in sight.
Don't forget to remember to check out the site to see if you qualify, and then apply if you do.
Homeowners - Upper Middle Class/Affluent $250K below are eligible.
Renters - Middle Class and below $150K are eligible.
