Binghamton Mayoral Candidates Make Final Push Ahead of Election Day

n the hotly contested race to decide who will become the City of Binghamton’s next mayor, both campaigns and local parties had a jam-packed day of canvassing to help get out the vote.

The race pitting incumbent Jared Kraham against Democratic challenger Miles Burnett is also being watched as an early indicator of the political winds across the state.

Just three days before the election, Binghamton Mayor Jared Kraham spent the day canvassing for votes in the city’s First Ward.

“I’m knocking on doors in the First Ward of the City of Binghamton today and just reminding voters that we have a really important local election," Kraham said. "It’s important that they get out and support the campaign so we can continue the progress that we’re making in the City of Binghamton."
