WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Maxine Dexter, M.D. (OR-03), announced her intention to visit the Dilley, Texas detention facility on Friday to ensure that the Crespo-Gonzalez family has access to medical care and due process. The Crespo-Gonzalez family was detained earlier this month while taking their sick seven-year-old child to urgent care. That child and her parents are now being held in a facility with two documented active measles cases.
